An Act relating to an employer's knowledge of an employee's                   
physical condition for purposes of the Alaska Workers'                         
Compensation Act; excluding certain participants in the Alaska                 
temporary assistance program from coverage under the Alaska

HB214 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
